Dale Branch is an experienced development manager with a deep understanding of the development delivery process from inception to final completion. He has filled critical roles in the successful delivery of over $350m of real estate across award-winning boutique residential and office projects within the Sydney City Fringe. Dale utilises a methodical and detail-driven structure to manage and deliver on key project outcomes in the fast-paced and ever-changing development space. His passion for quality design and architecture fuels his ambition to continue to work on some of the most successful, creative, and design-focused projects in Sydney.

Jacob Wells has a desire to leave a mark on the rapidly changing built environment of Sydney which has developed into a passion for working on design driven projects with a large focus on liveability and lifestyle. With academic foundations in engineering and architecture, alongside experience as a key member in the construction of over 400 residential units with an end value of $500m spanning Sydney’s North-Western Corridor, Jacob possesses a wide range of detail driven, analytical and creative problem-solving skills. These skills alongside his wide knowledge base enable him to produce the best outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Evan Gibbs has a proven track record as both a client side and in house project management and development manager with over thirty years’ experience in medium to large scale projects in residential mixed-use apartments, aged care, retail, commercial and industrial sectors.

His career includes over 7 years as project manager with one of Sydney’s leading award-winning boutique developers; 3 years as a client-side project manager consultant to clients including Stockland and Charter Hall; and 10 years with Walker Corporation and Australand (now Frasers Property) as structural foreman and site manager.

Evan’s attention to detail stems from his background as a land and engineering surveyor.
