Following our incredibly successful sales launch in October last year, on-site activities commenced in early December, led by our builder, Reform Projects who completed the soft strip out before Christmas. We have hit 2024 running with the quick erection of the demolition scaffold and are well on track to complete demolition in the coming months.
Looking ahead, April marks the commencement of earthworks, signalling the beginning of excavation for nearly 2,800 cubic meters of material for our new basement.
No.1 Onslow Place is located in the historically significant locale of Elizabeth Bay. We are bringing the history of the area to life by retaining a unique raw sandstone block that will be a featured in the lobby entrance of the building. This will create a magical arrival experience for the owners of No.1 Onslow Place, who will also enjoy direct lift access to their apartment and beautiful vistas over Elizabeth Bay. Upper units will also enjoy this view directly from their entry hall!
