Conceived during the bushfires, designed during the pandemic, ‘Warada on Walker’ will hail a new generation of office complete with stimulating retail, bold design and world-class sustainability credentials. The project is the third collaboration between Toohey Miller and Thirdi Group and is designed by Internationally acclaimed architect, Woods Bagot. The project will boast 27,000sqm of commercial office floorspace across 25 storeys, complete with a through-site link and atrium enhancing North Sydney’s public domain and sense of place. The CBD is enjoying something of a renaissance, furthered by the Victoria Cross metro station to be completed in 2024. WoW is primed to absorb resultant demand as businesses emerge from a post-COVID world and seek the irreplaceable benefits of collaboration and workplace culture engendered through the office.
